This Project involved a roof restoration in a set of units in Preston. Melbourne Roof Plumbing organized for the removal of the air condition unit to gain access to the roof. We removed only the garage roof for client the remainder of the roofs where left intact and flashed over to not disturb the neighbors roofing.  The project involved replacing the roof with a Kliplok profile, apron flashings back tray flashings and cappings. overall time frame for the roof was 1 day.
