This job is located in Toorak it involved working closely with the carpenter to box out the correct size of the velux skylights that are going to be installed. We installed zincalume flashings to open a penetration to fit the velux skylight firmly around the flashings to give it a long lasting water tite seal with little maintenance to ensure no water leaks down the track.
